Write pages (policies, plans and prices, standard answers, who does what) and connect Notion pages or Drive docs. Armada condenses them into one short brief that every employee reads before every task, and rebuilds it only when a source changes.

Playbooks are short, reusable instructions in the open Agent Skills format: a name, when to use it, and the steps. The company notebook is shared by every employee; each employee can also have its own. You can write, edit, archive, restore any version and export each one as SKILL.md.

With learning switched on, an employee keeps playbooks on what worked and reads them before similar work. Every change to a playbook is a new version you can review and roll back. Off by default.

Choose the default model for the workspace and override it per employee (Company > AI models shows current prices). Every model call is metered, including Armada's own background work such as routing and handbook builds.
